摘要
就宁都黄鸡选育过程及羽色、皮肤、胫、喙、脸、眼圈和耳垂、尾羽、冠型、胫羽和趾羽等表现的选育进展的研究进行了论述。宁都黄鸡选育过程中 ,始终围绕“三黄”(羽、胫、喙三黄 ) ,“五红”(冠、髯、脸、眼圈及耳垂五红 )、尾羽佛手状下垂以及无胫羽和趾羽等主要外貌特征进行重点选育 ,经五代选育后 ,体形外貌基本趋于一致 ,表型遗传亦趋于稳定。由此说明 ,作为对鸡品种的要求 ,宁都黄鸡已完全合格。
The selective breeding procedure and the advances of the selection of the feather color, skin, leg, beak, face, eye socket, lobule, rectrices, comb type, tibiala and digitules of Ning-du Yellow Chicken are studied in this essay. The selection was centred on the shape and appearance of Ning-du Yellow Chicken characterized by the so called 'three yelows' (feather, leg, beak) and 'five reds'(comb, watte, face, eye socket, lobule). After five generations' selection, the shape and appearance have become basically consistent and the phenotype heredity tends to be stable.Based on all this it can be concluded that Ning-du Yellow Chicken has been completely qualified for the requirements as a poultry breed.
