摘要
按L_2(8)~7正交设计观察茵陈蒿汤及其组分对胰腺及肝脏环核苷酸的影响。结果表明:SD大鼠在诱发实验性急性胰腺炎的翌日,胰腺和肝脏cAMP的含量在各组问无明显差异;cGMP的含量及cAMP/cGMP比值在各组间有明显差异。生理盐水组cGMP的含量显著高于各中药组,因而其比值显然降低。正交分析显示:恢复胰腺cAMP/cGMP比值的作用以大黄最佳,升高其cAMP和降低cGMP含量的药效则分别以栀子和茵陈为优。用各种含茵陈的组方处理的动物,其肝脏cGMP含量均显著低于生理盐水组;而调整肝脏cAMP/cGMP比值的作用则以单味茵陈居首位。
The effecfs of 'Yin Chen Hao Tang' and its components on pancreatic and hepatic cyclic nucleoside were observed in experimental acute pancreatitis of SD rats according L_2(8)~7 orthogonal design. It was demonstrated that the contents of cGMP raised and the ratio of cAMP/ cGMP so reduced seriously in saline group than the groups treated with each Chinese herb, the difference nearly 1:3-7, (P<0.05). The result of orthogonal analysis showed that the effects on cAMP/cGMP ratio restored bestly in Rhubarb group, and the contents of cAMP raised and cGMP reduced in pancreas bettter with Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis and Artemisia Capillaris Thunb treated respectively. The content of cGMP in liver was much lesser in the groups treated with each prescription contained Artemisia Capillaris Thunb as compared to saline control, while the effect on ratio of cAMP/cGMP rcguration was best in singer Artemisia Capillaris Thunb treated group.
