摘要
本工作以分期门脉阻断法制备大鼠肝前型门脉高压模型,并以正常大鼠为对照就模型动物的一般情况、门静脉压变化、肝组织学变化等情况进行了动态观察。结果表明分期门脉阻断法制备大鼠门脉高压模型具有方法简单、制备周期短、诱发门脉高压成功率高、动物死亡率低等优点,适用于门脉高压症各领域的研究,值得推广。
Prehepatic portal hypertensive rat model was established by the methodof staged portal vein ligation. Changes of general condition, portal veinpressure and hepatic histology of these animals were opserved dynami-cally. Results indicate that it's a simple method with high successfulrate, short preducing period and low animal mortality. Models made bythis method are suitable for most aims of portal hypertension study,therefore, it is deserved to spread.
