摘要
基于Muszynska柔性转子动力学模型,采用主从系统耦合振动的观点,将转盘的振动看成是主振动,导出了转子非线性振动的近似模型,对转子系统的涡动与振荡等力学现象和动力稳定性进行了研究.分析了各个力学参数对转子系统动力学行为的影响.得到了转子系统运动的Hopf分叉图和模拟系统升速过程的幅频特性曲线.
The stability of rotor system is an important problem in mechanics, for example, bifurcation and chaos, which is directly related to safety and reliability of turbine sets. In this paper, based on the dynamic model of Muszynska's flexible rotor with oil film and by using the coupled vibration technique, the vibration of single disk is regarded as the main vibration of the system. Dynamic behaviors of rotor-bearing system with oil film and the stability of nonlinear vibration are investigated. Hopf bifurcation and amplitude of vibration vs. frequency are presented graphically.
