摘要
研究了以煤造气为还原剂制备碳化铁过程中温度对还原度、金属化率、碳化铁率的影响 ,实验条件为压力 0 3MPa、反应时间 1 80min、还原气体中CO/CO2 分别为 3和 1 5,反应温度在 550~ 70 0℃之间变化。通过实验研究得到如下结论 :产物的还原度、金属化率随温度的升高而逐渐增大 ;碳化铁率在 60 0℃时最小 ;在气体成分达到一定还原势 (CO/CO2 =3 )的条件下 ,70 0℃时碳化铁率最高 ;而在CO/CO2 =1 5时 ,高温下不利于碳化铁的生成。
This paper studied the effects of the temperature on the reduction degree,metallic ratio and iron carbide ratio in the process of iron carbide production gas out of coal in the condition of 550~700℃,0 3 MPa,180 min.,CO/CO 2=3 or 1 5.The results showed that the reduction degree and the metallic ratio increased with the increase of the temperature;Iron Carbide ratio is the minimum at 600℃;When CO/CO 2=3,at the temperature of 700℃,iron Carbide ratio is the maximum;When CO/CO 2=1 5,high temperature is unufavorable for the iron carbide.
