摘要
本文探讨不同转移力瘤细胞株免疫原性与淋巴结转移及淋巴样器官过氧化状态的关系。结果显示高转移株(16A_3)的转移潜伏期较短、免疫原性较低转移株(A_2)弱。荷癌小鼠淋巴样器官SOD/LPO比值变化特征为:荷癌组显著低于正常组;16A_3组显著低于A_2组;两瘤株组内,已转移组明显低于未转移组。提示肿瘤的发展、转移与瘤细胞免疫原性及宿主淋巴样器官中过氧化反应的加强和抗氧化活性的下降密切相关;作者认为宿主免疫功能可能与过氧化反应有紧密联系,值得深入研究。
In order to study the relationship among immunogenicity, metastasis of tumor cells and peroxidation, the lymph node metastasis, immune response, and the levels of lipid peroxides(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the early and latter stages of lymphoid organs of the hosts bearing highly or low-metastatic tumor line have been investigated. The results showed that the highly metastatic line(16A_3) has a shorter latent period and a lower immunogenicity than those of the low-metastatic line(A_2). The average of SOD/LPO values in the latter stage of lymphoid organs showed that the ratio of tumor-bearing groups is obviously lower than that of the control group. The ratio of the groupbearing highly metastatic line is much lower than that of the lowmetastatic group. The ratio of metastatic node positive animals is markedly lower than that of the metastatic negative ones in both groups of different metastatic capacity. These results suggest that the development and the metastatic tendency are closely related to the immunogenicity of tumor cells, the decrease of antioxidative activities and the hyperfunction of peroxidation in lymphoid organs of the tumor-bearing animals. The authors consider that the immune function of the host may be closely related to the peroxidation. It is worthy for further investigation.
