摘要
提出了基于RBF神经网络的单相自动重合闸的方案,将RBF神经网络用于其中,建立了一个三层前向网络模型 利用EMTP及MATLAB进行了大量的仿真实验,验证了其可行性,并克服了自适应单相重合闸的电压判据在判别瞬时性故障与永久性故障时存在的缺陷.
This paper presents a single-phase automatic reclosing method based on RBF neural network, and a three-layer RBF neural network model. A lot of simulation is conducted using EMTP and MATLAB to prove the feasibility of the method. The method overcomes the shortcomings when voltage criteria are employed to distinguish instantaneous faults from the permanent ones.
