摘要
本文对两株荷瘤Balb/C小鼠的免疫功能进行动态观察。通过测定局部瘤生长速度转移潜伏期、转移率、淋巴细胞分裂原反应性,脾细胞自然细胞毒性、脾脏及淋巴结内T细胞亚群变化等指标,提示荷瘤早期和中期,宿主免疫功能不稳定,荷瘤晚期,宿主免疫功能受抑制。其中高转移16A_3组与低转移A_2组引起的宿主免疫反应有着明显的差异。前者最终导致宿主免疫功能严重降低;后者只引起宿主免疫功能轻微降低。表明转移能力不同的瘤细胞,尽管来源于同一亲本Hca瘤株,但其生长速度,对宿主免疫系统的影响、免疫原性也均呈现异质性。
The immunological functions in Balb/C mice bearing two lines of hepatic carcionma (Hca) clones were surveyed dynamically. By means of evaluating the local tumor growth speeds, metastatic incubation period, metastatic rates, lymphocytic respondency to mitogen, splendid natural killer cell cytotoxicity (NKCC), dynamic changes in splendid and lymphoid T cells subsets......It is found that the host immunological functions were unstable in the early and middle stages and that the functions were suppressed seriously in the late stage. There are significant differences between the two groups′immunological responses by highly metastatic clone (16A3) and low metastatic clone (A2). The former, which may be weak immunogenicity, declines the host immunological functions deeply, but the later is possibly strong immunolo genicity and affects the host functions lightly. It is suggested that different metastatic potential tumor cells, originating the same parent tumor line, are heterogeneous in their growth speeds, immunogenicity, effects on hosts′immunological systems.
