摘要
本文根据摩擦副润滑状态可靠性和接触概率的计算新方法,结合弹流润滑状态图,编制了通用的计算程序,并利用该程序计算了弹流润滑中点。线接触时的可靠度及接触概率,从而定量地分析了主要工况参数对之的影响,文中通过磨粒摩损试验,进一步阐明了可靠性和接触概率与磨损量的关系。
According to the new method for calculating the reliability and the contact probability of the lubricating state of rubbing pairs,a common computer program is developed in terms of lubrication regimes. Moreover the reliability and contact probability pertaining to point and line contacts are computed,and the ef- fect of main parameters on them is quantitatively analyzed.Finally through the results obtained from abrasive wear experiments,the relationship between the reliability and the amount of wear is expounded.
