摘要 1988~1991年对碧流河水库水化学、浮游生物和初级生产量进行了研究,该水库位于大连地区,面积56km,平均水深约13m(最大深度32m)。1)库水含盐量很低,但有机质和氮的含量较高。浮游植物生物量平均3.44mg·L^(-1),以硅藻和绿藻占有优势。浮游动物生物量平均1.10mg·L^(-1),其中桡足类占30.9%,枝角类占24.5%,轮虫和原生动物各占26.4%和18.2%。2)浮游植物毛产量变动于0.660~6.069gO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1)(平均2.603),水柱呼吸量变动于0.396~7.108(平均2.736)gO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1)。3)文中讨论了水化学特点、生物生产力的限制因子以及浮游植物量和初级生产量的分布和变化。 This paper presents the result of investigetion on the hydrochemistry, plankton and primary production of Biliuhe reservoir during 1988-1991, The reservoir is located in Dalian region, with an submerged area of 56 km2 and a mean depth of about 13m (maximum depty 32m ). The water of reservoir is poor in dissolved salts but rich in organic material and nitrogenous substances, The average biomass of phytoplankton is 3.44 mg/1, in which both Bacillariophyta and chlorophyta predominated. The average biomass of zoo-plankton is 1. 10 mg/1, in which the copepoda presented 30. 9%, the cladocera - 24. 5%. The rotifera and protozoa are 26.4%. and 18.2%, respectively. The gross prodution of phytoplankton varied from 0. 660 to 6. 069 (mean 2. 603) g o2/m2. d. The dark respiration of water vaned from 0. 396 - 7.108 (mean 2. 736) g o2/m2. d. Hydrochemistry characteristics, the limited factors of biological productivity and the distribution and fluctuations of biomass and production of phytoplankton are discussed.
