摘要
求解PERT网络模型常用一般计算方法或蒙特卡罗方法,它们都是假设网络的活动历时服从β分布。但是,实际情况与该假设条件不完全符合,存在某些偏差,一般计算方法的偏差在10~30%范围内;考虑到概率法对随机变量相关性的限制,以及在概率计算上的复杂性,本文根据文献中提出的模糊最大和最小的基本思想,引入模糊集贴近度的概念,给出求解PERT网络模型的模糊数学方法(FPERT).
The most widely methods for analysis of the project network model are often the traditional method or the Monte Carlo method. Both of them are based upon the assumption that each activity duration in the project satisfies some known β probability distribution, but the practical engineering situation is not so. The paper, by introducing concept of the fuzzy set nearness, presents a new fuzzy mathematical technique for analysis of the project network model. And finally, a small project example with activity duration fuzzy set is analysed by the method provided.
