摘要
以大型铸件凝固计算为背景,对目前广泛采用的等效比热法进行了分 析;指出了其应用的范围和局限性;提出了可以减少以至消除凝固潜热热源 计算偏差,进而提高计算精度的修改的等效比热法和热源迭代法。后者更适 于对大型铸件的凝固计算。
The authors analyze the disadvantages and limitations of the equivalent specific heat method used widely so far in numerical calculations for solidification of castings, and propose a modified equivalent specific heat method and an iterative method for heat source. Using these methods, the error of numerical calculation for solidification of castings can be largely reduced or eliminated. Finally, these methods are especially convenient for calculating the solidification of heavy castings.
