摘要
研制了一套进行三轴应力下混凝土变形与强度试验装置系统。该系统适用范围广,既可用于荷载控制,也可用于变形控制;可进行不同应力比下的平面应力、平面应变及一般三轴受压和三轴受拉加载下的变形与强度试验;适应多种试件尺寸,最大试件尺寸可达到 lm;吨位较大,每向最大压力为2000 kN,最大拉力为 500 kN,并具有钢刷加载装置。数据采集处理全部由计算机实现,可采集到应力-应变曲线的下降段。试验精度与效率都较高。
The multifunction true triaxial experimental apparatus system that was developed and built by the authors is described. This apparatus consists of four parts: loading application system, strain control system, the load and strain measuring system, and data acquisition and processing system. It is used to experiment on deformation and strength of concrete under multiaxial stress- es. The scope of the experiments that can be carried out in the apparatus is rather wide, ranging from load control to displacement control, from plane stress state to plane strain and true triaxial state, and from plane specimens to cubic specimens. It is suitable for testing specimens of various sizes. The loading application system can generate maximum loads of 2000 kN in compression and 500 kN in tension. The date acquisition and processing are carried out with the computer. The complete load-displacement diagram, including the softening branch, could be determined with the current apparatus. The accuracy and efficiency of the experiments that are carried out in the apparatus are high.
