摘要
通过试验与计算,用当量应变法、能量法和损伤法讨论了三维交变应力 作用下高温低周疲劳寿命的评价方法,并推出了相应的寿命评价公式。解析 值与实测值的对比结果令人满意,说明此三种寿命评价法可直接用于实际装 置在复杂应力状态下的高温低周疲劳寿命预测。
The estimation of high temperature and low cycle fatigue life under three dimensional stress state is discussed with equivalent strain method, energy method and damage method, and correspondent life estimating formulas are proposed. The results of the comparison between computing values and experimental values are satisfactory. That means these three life estimating methods can be used directly to the prediction of high temperature and low cycle fatigue life for practical units under complicated stress state.
