摘要
分析配电系统可靠性的重要性 ,提出一种综合分析法对配电网络的可靠性进行经济评估 ,并将用户停电损失纳入总的配网规划模型。在配网建设时 ,兼顾了经济性与可靠性 ,使之更加合理有效。
After analyzing the importance of reliability, this paper presents a generalized analytical approach to evaluate the cost for reliability of distribution, and adds customer interruption costs to the model of distribution planning. Because of considering economy and reliability, the planning model is more reasonable and efficient.
