摘要
汽轮机凝汽器铜管是比较容易发生腐蚀的部件,通过试验可以发现腐蚀的原因。文章介绍对某电厂3号机凝汽器铜管的腐蚀试验。试验结果表明,水汽温度偏高是造成某电厂铜管短期内发生腐蚀的主要原因;添加少量铜缓蚀剂可以起到阻滞铜管局部腐蚀继续发展的作用。
Brass condenser tubes are more vulnerable to corrosion. The causes can be found by some tests. The testsconducted by Electrochemical Research Group of Shanghai University of Electric Power are described in this paper. It isshown that the unusually higher temperature is the main cause resulting in corrosion of brass condenser tubes and a smallamount of inhibitor would help to prevent the corrosion development of brass tubes.
