摘要
根据世界范围的数字图书馆建设的热点问题 ,阐述了我国数字图书馆建设与发达国家的巨大差距以及所面临的种种困难 ,提出了数字图书馆建设的相应措施。
This paper elaborates the huge disparity between our country and the developed country on the digital library construction,analyses the existing difficulties,and puts forward some corresponding measure of the digital library construction.
