摘要
对铬浸出渣烧结过程中六价铬脱除行径以及影响六价铬脱除的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明:脱除率达99%以上,被还原的铬主要固结于镁铬铁矿和磁铁矿组成的复合体中,烧结矿残留六价铬含量最大为8×10-6,一般为5×10-6。该烧结矿可直接用于冶炼含铬生铁。
The action of dehexavalent chromisation during chromium leach residue sintering and the main affecting factors are studies.The results show that the percent of dechromisation comes up to more than 99%,the reduced chromium are mainly consolidated in the composite of magnesite chrome and magnetite,and the remained hexavalent chromium contents in the sinter are maximum 8×10-6,and usual 5×10-6.The sinter can be directly used in smelting iron bearing chromium.
