摘要
[目的 ]证明家兔对肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)病毒具有敏感性。 [方法 ]取病兔的肺、肾、肝脏 ,常规制备悬液 ,接种于小白鼠乳鼠脑腔 ,经 3次传代见出现特异症状或死亡的乳鼠 ,常规方法分离病毒 ,并对其中 3株系统鉴定 ,用间接免疫荧光 (IFAT)试验检测分离病毒株的抗原特性。 [结果 ]与分离病毒株的IFAT试验结果 ,病兔恢复期血清滴度≥ 4倍增长 ,正常人、非HFRS病人血清与呼肠弧病毒Ⅰ～Ⅲ型血清不发生反应。分离病毒株与HFRS病人血清、HFRS病毒单克隆抗体均为阳性反应。 [结论 ]从家兔分离出的JR1 、JR2 和JR3
