摘要
目的 :探讨补肾壮骨方治疗摘除卵巢所致雌性大鼠骨质疏松的作用机理。方法 :选用 1 2月龄雌性SD大鼠摘除双侧卵巢 ,造成骨质疏松 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组。补肾壮骨方大、中、小剂量组、乙烯雌酚组。检测血钙、血磷、尿钙、骨钙素含量、骨密度、骨小梁计数及性激素等。结果 :补肾壮骨方可明显提高 E2水平 ,降低 FSH、LH水平 ;大剂量组使尿钙排出量降低 ,血清骨钙素增加。股骨 X光片图象分析表明 ,补肾壮骨方可提高股骨远端骨骺端骨密度骨干皮质厚度、皮质密度、骨干髓质密度及骨密度 ,改善骨组织形态使骨小梁个数增多。结论 :本研究证明补肾壮骨方可改善摘除卵巢大鼠所致的骨质疏松 ,其作用机理为提高 E2 水平 ,具有性激素样作用。
Objective:To study the mechanism of Bushen Kanggu Prescription on osteoporosis in female rat without ovary. Method:Selected female rats aged 12 months. Excising the ovaries of rats formed the animal model of osteoporosis. Rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, Bushen Kanggu Prescription groups of large, middle and small dose, stilbestrol group. The effect of Bushen Kanggu Prescription was observed by measuring the levels of blood calcium, blood phosphorus, urine calcium, BGP content, bone density, bone trabeculae count and female sex hormone.Result:Bushen Kanggu Prescription obviously increased the levels of serum E2, on the contrary the levels of FSH, LH was decreased. Large dose group declined the excretion of urine calcium, and elevated the serum BGP content. The image analysis of os femoris X-ray indicates that Bushen Kanggu Prescription enhanced bone density, bone cortex thickness, cortex density of os femoris distant epiphysis, medullarsis density and bone density of diaphysis, and improved the form of bone tissue and the bone trabeculae count.Conclusion:The study suggested that Bushen Kanggu Prescription could regulate the osteoporosis of female rat without ovary. The mechanism was that Bushen Kanggu Prescription could improve the serum E2 level and it also had sex hormone effect.
