摘要
对4,410份中国大豆品种资源种子的胰蛋白酶抑制剂进行了电泳分析,栽培大豆100%材料是Ti^a型,野生大豆89.3%材料是Ti^a型,有6.6%材料是Ti^b型,还有49份材料为Ti^a和Ti^b双带混合型;Ti^a型分布广泛,Ti^b型多分布在106~108°E的我国东部省分,Ti类型具有遗传变异;野生大豆单粒间的Ti类型存在差异。
About 4410 accessions of Chinese soybeans as germplasm resources have been analysed by electrophoresis for soybean trypsin inhibitor (Ti). The main results shown that 100% of cultivated soybeans had Tia allele. 89. 3% of wild soybean had Tia allele, 6. 6% of them had Tib allele, and the mixed allele (Tia+Tib) were present in other 49 accessions of wild soybean. It was defined that Ti genotype of soybeans has herifable variability. There was difference of Ti genotype between two seeds of the same wild soybean accession.Generally, soybean accessions with Tia are distributed widely in growing areas and those with Tib are discovered in eastern provinces of China. The relationship between Ti genetype and both longitude and latitude is anceriain.
