摘要
本文介绍了国内外硅钢片漆的发展概况。详细阐述了水溶性半无机硅钢片漆的研究及在产品上的应用情况。通过对单体的选择、摩尔比及催化剂种类与用量的筛选和对制备工艺的控制以及无机填料的引入,使该半无机漆水溶性极佳并具有十分优良的机、电性能和热稳定性,极大地提高了电机长期安全运行的可靠性。针对水溶性半无机硅钢片漆的特点,通过大量试验,探讨出生产上切实可行的工艺条件。
The devrlopment of lacquers for silicon steel sheets at home and abroad is presented and study of the water-solubility half-inorganic lacquer for silicon steel sheets and its application to products are detailed in this paper.Choosing of monomers,screening of molal ratio and kind and consume of catalyzers,controling of preparation technology,as well as leading-in of inorganic packing make the half-inorganic lacquer to have excellent water-solubitity,mechanical,electric properties and thermal stability,and increase the reliability of long-term safety operation of electrical machincs to a large extent.In view of features of the water -solubility half-inorganic lacquer for silicon steel sheets,feasible technological conditions are inquired into by a lot of tests.
