摘要
本文针对在 2 0 0 0年“一控双达标”工作后排污费征收中出现的问题 ,提出了相应的解决办法 。
This paper analyses the problems on leving pollutant discharge fee,puts forward some measures to solve them and also briefly describes its future development.
