用热分析及XRD技术研究了Cu-Fe复合氧化物体系中CuO与Fe_2O_3的相互作用。结果表明,组分间的相互作用可以用T-TG-DTG曲线表征。CuO与Fe_2O_3的简单机械混合不能形成新的热活性物质。经1073K焙烧后,形成有CuFe_2O_4的新化合物。在沉淀法得到的CuO粉末上浸渍铁组分,低温下虽然不能形成新化合物,但各组分的还原特性发生了改变,这表明有新的状态出现和相互作用存在。在CuO与Fe_2O_3组成的复合体系中,组分间相互作用的情况不同,会显著地影响还原温度和还原程度。
DTG, DDTG and XRD techniques were used to study the interaction between CuO and Fe2O3 in CuO-Fe2O3 system. Two series of sample with the same composition (atomic ratio of Fe and Cu=0.4) were prepared by mechanically mixing CuO and Fe2O3 powder and by impregnating the precipitated CuO with Fe(NO3)3 solution respectively. There were two kinds of interaction depended on the preparation method of the samples. No interaction was found in the CuO-Fe2O3 system obtained by mechanically mixing; while the mechanical mixture was roasted at 1073K for two hours, the compound CuFe2O4 would be formed. In the case of impregnated CuO-Fe2O3 system, the DTG peaks shifted to the low temperature side. Both the reducing temperature and the degree of reduction could be influenced by the type of interaction in the system.
