摘要
本文介绍了一套能进行TPR,TPSR以及过渡应答的动态分析实验装置,并用其研究了K助催化剂对甲烷化催化剂Ni/Al_2O_3的影响。结果表明,K的加入抑制了Ni和载体Al_2O_3的相互作用,从而影响了表面上第二类活性中心的形成;同时K还通过电子效应影响了H_2和CO在催化剂表面的吸附行为。
An apparatus for temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), temperature-programmed surface reaction (TPSR) and transient response analysis of catalysts was described. The effect of co-catalyst K on Ni/ A12O3 catalysts for methanation was studied. The results show that the addition of K to Ni/Al2O3 catalysts suppresses the interaction between Ni and A12O3, thus the formation of the active center of second type on surface is suppressed. Also, the addition of K influences the adsorption of H2 and CO on catalyst surface through its electronic effect.
