摘要
近年来,增田俊夫等发现许多大体积取代炔烃在第Ⅴ族和第Ⅵ族过渡金属(Nb,Ta,Mo和W)催化剂的作用下聚合,所得聚合物(例如聚三甲硅基丙炔及聚叔丁基乙炔)具有富集氧的性能,有希望成为一类新型富氧膜材料.用这类新型富氧膜材料制成的气体分离膜具有非常高的气体透过性能,因此引起人们广泛的重视.我们也曾对叔丁基乙炔单体的合成、歧化聚合以及成膜性能等进行了研究.本文着重探讨了影响聚合的一些因素.
t-Butylacetylene was polymerized by using MoCl5 as catalyst. Some factors influencing the metathesis polymerization of t-butylacetylene and the membrane properties of the polymer product were studied. The kinetic curves for the polymerization of t-butylacetylene were obtained by in situ 1H NMR measurements. The results of gas permeation measurements are as follows.PO2=2.543×10-15m2/(Pa·s)PN2=7.876×10-16m2/(Pa·s)In addition, the preparation of monomer t-butylacetylene was improved and the yield of monomer was increased from 80.5% (literature) to 86.4 -91.6%.
