摘要
薄板零件的浅层渗碳工艺为冲压成形零件提供了可靠的表面强化手段 ,具有独特的优点 ,工件经渗碳后其表面强度和耐磨性大大提高 ,同时由于心部和表面层含碳量不同 ,硬化后的表面获得有利的残余压应力 ,从而可进一步提高渗碳零件的弯曲疲劳强度和接触疲劳强度 介绍一种浅层渗碳的优化工艺 ,即采用低温、低碳势、渗碳后直接淬火的工艺 与传统的渗碳工艺相比 ,该工艺具有节能、省时 ,并且渗碳零件质量均匀、综合性能高的优点 。
The low deep carburizing process of sheet metal parts provides a reliable surface strengthening method for the die stamping parts. It has unique features such as that the carburized parts are greatly improved in surface intensity and wear resistance, the strengthened surface can attain favorable remainder surplus stress, due to the carbon content difference between the core and surface, which subsequently will enhance the bending fatigue and contact fatigue intensities of the parts. This paper describes an optimized process of low deep carburizing, which adopts low temperature and low carbon potential, and parts are directly quenched after carburization. Compared with the conventional carburizing processes, this process shows the following advantages: energy saving, time saving and good quality of homogeneity for carburized components.
