摘要
PVDF(polyvinylidenefluoride聚偏氟乙烯 )是一种新型的压电高分子材料 ,它不仅密度低 ,而且具有较强的压电性 ,机械性、可塑性好等特点 用特定形状的PVDF薄膜作为误差传感器 ,将它贴在结构体表面上时 ,对系统产生很小的影响 笔者在声辐射模态理论以及两维分布式压电传感器方程的基础上 ,利用PVDF独特的积分特性 ,以简支矩形板为例 ,设计了PVDF压电薄膜传感器用于测量简支板第一、二阶声辐射模态伴随系数 并在理论上进行数值分析比较可知 。
As a new material of piezoelectric macromolecule, Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) has lower density, as well as better piezoelectric, mechanical and ductile performance. When PVDF film of particular shape is used as error sensors and sticked on the surface of the measured structure, there is little effect on the system. According to the integral characteristic of PVDF film, two PVDF sensors are designed to measure the modal weight coefficient of sound radiation. Based on the theory of sound radiation and two dimensional modal sensors equation, mode 1 and mode 2 weight coefficient of sound radiation of a simple supported rectangular plate are measured by the sensors.
