摘要
随着微机电系统的发展及其应用领域的不断扩大 ,微器件和微机电系统中涉及到许多微流动问题 ,流体在微尺度槽道中流动的研究引起了人们的重视 随着尺寸的微小化 ,在宏观流动中可忽略的一些影响因素变得重要起来 ,由于尺度效应、表面效应等因素的影响 ,微小槽道中的流动呈现出一些与宏观流动不同的现象 因而对微流动的研究现状进行综述 ,并对影响微流动的尺度效应、表面力、气泡。
With the development of MEMS and its increasing applications, research on fluid flow in microchannels has gained much attention. With miniaturization of the size, some influencing factors which have been ignored in macro fluid become significant. Because of the influence of size effect and surface effect, micro fluid shows some phenomena distinguishing them from the macro fluid. The paper summarizes the research advancement in micro fluid and gives an account of the influence of size effect, surface force, air bubble, relative surface roughness, and fluid polarity on microfluid.
