以CO<sub>2</sub>为主要原料之一来合成高分子材料是近代化学追求的一个重要目标。其中以用阴离子配位催化剂催化制备脂肪族聚碳酸酯的研究最为活跃。例如:井上祥平用二乙基锌和等摩尔的水催化CO<sub>2</sub>与环氧丙烷(PO)的共聚,得到脂肪族聚碳酸酯(PPC):
In the presence of anionic coordination catalysts, either CO2, propy-lene oxide(PO), or phthalic anhydride (PA) can be activated. The new copolymer polyester-polycarbonate PPAPC was synthesized and characterized by means of 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The molar fractions of the three types of structural unit were determined by 1H NMR and coincided with the results of elemental analysis. Most of the cyclic anhydride can be converted if the molar ratio of PA/PO is less than 0.2 in the raw materials; for higher PA/PO ratios the conversion of both PA and PO was lowered. PPAPC is thermally more stable, the temperatures of its 5 % and 50% weight loss were 195℃ and 268℃ respectively, as compared with the temperatures of 167 and 245℃ for polypropyl carbonate.
