摘要
目前通用的经济、能源、环境模型主要是由发达国家在市场经济基础上开发的。这些模型应用于经济转型中的中国有一定的缺陷。为全面地描述中国社会经济发展,介绍了根据国内外模型、中国统计体系及数据现状开发的经济、能源、环境(3E)一体化模型。该模型采用了部门活动水平分析、计量经济分析和线性规划分析方法,可应用于温室气体减排技术选择和减排对经济影响分析。同时,引入可持续发展指标,适应了中国可持续发展的需要。
Current general models analyzing the economy, energy and environment are not suitable for China during its economic conversion because they were developed by developed countries based on market economies. This paper presents an integrated economy, energy and environment model based on domestic and foreign models, the China statistics system and data status in quo to simulate actual development in China. The model uses branch activity analysis, econometric analysis and linear programming. The model incorporates the sustainable development indices system and can be applied to study greenhouse gas mitigation and its effect on the economy to study China's sustainable development.
