摘要
高温水热处理能够提高 ZSM-5沸石的稳定性 ,调变其酸性和孔结构 ,并且随着水热处理温度的提高 ,沸石的总酸量下降 ,且强酸下降得更快 ,但高温对沸石结晶度有着较大的破坏作用 ,因而水热处理温度不宜超过 65 0℃ .
The hydrothermal treatment can improve the stability of HZSM-5 zeolite and modify its acidity and cavity structure. With the increasing temperature of hydrothermal treatment, the quantities of both strong acid and weak acid decrease while those of the strong acid decrease even faster. The hydrothermal treatment temperature should be below 600℃, otherwise the crystallinity of zeolites will be destroyed.
