摘要 含金矿石的选别工艺,不仅要考虑金的产状、性质,而且要考虑伴生矿物的特点。对于贫硫化物石英脉含金矿石及褐铁矿含金氧化矿石的选别工艺,要根据矿石特性,确定技术先进、生产可靠、经济合理的选矿工艺。试验结果表明,分别采用分支浮选和混合用药优化配比/分速浮选;丁基黄药/羟肟酸钠联合用药及阶段磨浮流程等强化选别工艺,均取得了良好的效果。 For concentrating gold intensely, not only the gold occurrence and it'sproperty, but also the features of it's associated minerals should go through full Consideration. As far as gold-bearing ore from quartz vein barren of sulfide and gold-containing oxidized ore from limonite, the preferential process to treat them must be advanced, reliable, rational and economized based on their natures. According to testing, an excelent result was achieved by use respectively of branched flotation, mixed reagent with optimal formula/flotation at variant speed, both butyl xanthate and Sodium hydroximate and stage-grinding-fiolation circuit.
