摘要
依法治国的含义是建设有中国特色社会主义法治国家首先要解决的问题,也是研究邓小平依法治国思想首先要解决的问题。那么什么是依法治国呢?首先,依法治国是指法律的统治,即法律在国家管理中的统治地位;其次它还与现代法治密切相联;最后其落脚点在于建立法治国家。
The connotation of governing the Coutry conititutes the top priority we have to address to while contructing socialism with Chinese characteristics, and studying Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on governing the country by law as well. The author believes that we should understand its connotations in three arpects: first, govern the country by law means the rule of law , i.e. law's dominant position in society and country; secord,its related to modern law governing ; last , its purpose in to base the counrty on law.
