摘要
广交会经历了45年的发展,取得了丰硕的成果,因展览形式过于单一,展位少,民营企业进入过多,知识产权未得到很好地保护等,这极不适宜形势的发展,同时受到国内外展览业的强劲挑战。通过对其内外环境的理论分析,广交会要保持”中国第一展”的地位,必须加强制度创新。
Chinese Export Commodities Fair, also called Canton Fair, has forty-five years'history and is a comprehensive and multi-functional event of international importance. Althoug it is China's largest trade fair, a fair of the highest level. The Fair is simple, deficient, huge rampart for the private run of the enterprises, non - preserve of Intellectual Property ect, it is .unfit for the new developement. It is also great challenge in and abroad. After theory analysis of the same fairs, we expect if the FAIR insist on China's largest trade and the highest level it must be brought forth the new system.
