摘要
本文根据Me—CH—H_2O系、Me—CNS—H_2O系和Me—S—CH—H_2O系的E—pH图,其中Me分别为Au、Ag、Cu、Fe、Zn、Ni、Co,对金矿氰化浸出过程中的杂质影响进行了热力学分析和讨论。所考虑的因素包括矿石的矿物组分,金、银、铜、铁、锌、镍和钴等在氰化物水溶液中的形态。同时,还考虑了硫、砷和硫氰酸盐存在的影响。
Based on the E-pH diagrams for the systems of Me-CN-H2O Me-CNS-H2O and Me-S-CN-H2O, where Me = Au, Ag, Cu, Fe Zn, Ni, Co respectively, therm-odynamic analysis and discussion of effect of impurities on the leaching of gold ore in the cyanidation process have been presented. The influencing factors considered include minerals assemblage of ore and the behavior of gold, silver, copper, iron, zinc,nickel and cobalt in the aqueous cyanide solutions. The effects of presence of sulfur, arsenic and thiocyanate are also considered.
