本文介绍了在食品罐生产中 ,利用粉末涂料进行罐内涂装的新技术。粉末涂料为固体涂料(没有溶剂) ,有利于环保 ,而且节约涂料 ,涂膜质量好。该技术在国际上已被广泛应用 ,设备采用全程自动控制系统 ,应用电晕涂装方法进行连续式生产。本文详细介绍了该技术的工艺方法和设备原理 。
