摘要
中国西部地区经济社会发展进程和人文环境与东部地区存在着较大的差距。西部发展经济应有自己的独特之路。要发挥西部地区的产业优势 ,发展特色经济 ,找出一、二、三产业发展的内在规律 ,多种形式抓改革 ,搞活国有企业 ,以优势国企为龙头 ,大力发展地方经济。
The economics development and humanity environment are greatly different from one of the eastern district. The western district developing economics must has their own special route, and bring into play the industry superiority of the western distinct to develop characteristic economics, and find out the internal law of the first, the second and the third industry, and catch reform by a variety of forms, and become the state-owned enterprise vigorous, and through putting the priority state-owned enterprise, develop energetically the local economics.
