摘要
研究了Al^(3+)掺杂量的变化对ZnO中高压压敏材料主要性能参数的影响,从微观上分析了产生这些影响的原因以及提高材料稳定性能的措施,并从实验上得到了性能优良的中高压压敏材料。
The effect of quantative change of doped Al3+ on main material properties of ZnO middle and high-Voltage Varistor is studied. The reason of the effect is analyzed microscopically and the measures to increase material stability are recommended. Material with good property for middle and high voltage varistors has been obtained experimentally.
