摘要
运用优化技术对给矿机进行设计,是提高设计质量的重要方法。文中应用散体力学理论,分析了实现物料流动的条件,建立了由设计变量、约束条件和目标函数组成的设计模型,用“罚函数法”进行了优化设计。与原设计比,提高了设计精度和设计效率。
Applying optimal technology to design feeder is an important method to improve the quality of the design.In this paper,applying mechanical theory of granular material, the writer analyzes the condition of material moving, and sets up the design model composed of design variables, constraints and aim function.The penalty function method is used to determine those parameters.So the design method is more accurate and efficient than the old one.
