摘要
目的 :探讨中药通腑泻热灌肠剂配合常规外科方法治疗急腹症并发脓毒症的效果。方法 :采用中药通腑泻热灌肠合剂灌肠配合常规外科手术及术后处理、抗生素应用等治疗急腹症并发脓毒症 38例 ,与常规治疗随机对照观察。结果 :与对照组比较 ,中西医结合组治疗后第 7日血清 C反应蛋白含量明显下降 ,血栓素 B2 /6酮前列腺素 F1α(TXB2 /6 keto PGF1α)失调明显改善 ,术后并发症明显减少 ,差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :应用中药通腑泻热灌肠剂配合常规外科治疗急腹症并发脓毒症能减轻炎症反应及组织损害 ,减少术后并发症 。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of the Chinese herbs Tongfuxiere enema(TFXRE,通腑泻热灌肠剂),the enema has the function of purgation in combination with routine surgical treatment on acute abdoment accompanying sepsis.Methods:Thirtyeight patients of acute abdomen accompanying sepsis treated with the Chinese herbs TFXRE,in combination with routine surgical operation,treatment after surgical operation and antibiotics,and routine treatment was made as a randomized controlobservation.Results: Comparing the effects with control group,the Creaction protein of serum obviously decreased and the imbalance of thromboxane B 2/6ketoprostaglandin F 1α (TXB 2/6ketoPGF 1α ) were significantly improved after 7 days on the integrated traditional Chinese and western group,the complication after surgical operation obviously decreased,with significant differences(all P <0 01).Conclusions:Treating acute abdomen accompanying sepsis by Chinese herbs TFXRE in combination with routine surgical treatment can relieve inflammatory reactions,tissue damage and complication,improve the therapeutic effects.
