摘要
从对金融发展理论的回顾与分析中指出发展民营金融的必然性 ,论述了民营经济的发展内生出对民营金融的现实需求 ;对民营金融成长的可能性进行了分析。中国民营金融的发展是一种必然的趋势 ,消除各种抑制或限制民营金融发展的政策 ,促使其尽快发展起来 ,对于中国经济的持续发展和金融制度变迁具有重要的意义。
First, this paper points out the necessity of developing nongovernmental finance by reviewing and analyzing the financial development theory. Then, it discusses the actual demand of nongovernmental finance from the development of nongovernmental economy. Finally, it analyses the possibility of growing of nongovernmental finance. Generally speaking, as an inexorable trend to develop Chinese nongovernmental finance, we must remove the polices of restraining or imposing restrictions on nongovernmental finance and spur it to develop quickly, which is of great significance to the continuous development of economy and financial institutional change in China.
