高校图书馆要发展,要适应信息化网络化的需要,除了抓好基础工作,提高馆员素质外,更要紧跟时代发展的步伐,积极构建以图书馆信息机构为中心的ISP,走与市场相结合的、专业信息服务的、具的高校图书馆服务特点和高校图书馆网络发展趋势的路子。
The development of university library into an information and network one cannot do without careful basic work and high-talented librarians.But the fulfillment of such aim requires more that are keep up with the times,build up ISP which has the library information setup as its center,and follow the road of integrating with market ,providing specialized service and adapting to university library service characteristics and network tendency.
