摘要
面对新课程标准,中国教育思想的转变,素质教育的核心应是“发道、择业、创新”。由此,要更好地贯彻新课程标准,教师应努力去提高四个认识和遵循四个原则。
This paper holds that the core of the transformation of chinese pedagogical thought and quality education should be″Knowledge exploration,individual career choice and innovation″.This concept is also the crux of dealing with the criteria of new curriculums.To successfully carry out such thought in teaching practice,teachers are supposed to master four wnderstandings and follow four principles.
