摘要
随着时代发展和“西部大开发”战略的推进,民族地区高校师资队伍现状远不能适应发展的需要。本文以阿坝师专为例,就民族地区高校师资队伍建设面临的现实困境及脱离困境必需的基本路径进行探讨,以找到更进一步发展民族地区高等教育的途径。
