摘要
本文对环丁砜—氯仿溶液从盐酸介质中萃取Au(Ⅲ)进行了研究。探讨了水相酸度、相接触时间、相比及萃取剂浓度诸因素对萃取的影响。研究表明,在pH=3~4.6、Vo/Vw=1∶1,萃取率可达97%以上。在负载Au(Ⅲ)的有机相中,加入[NaOH]=0.5mol·L^(-1)和[Na_2SO_3]=1.0mol·L^(-1)的混合溶液进行反萃取,调到pH=2.0时,反萃取率可达98%左右。根据分配比法确定萃合物的组成为AuCl_3·THSDO。由此可见,环丁砜—氯仿溶液对盐酸介质中的Au(Ⅲ)萃取能力强、速度快、稳定性好、反萃容易,可望用于实际工艺中。
The extraction of gold from a medium of HCl with sulfolane(THSDO)in chloroform has been studied.The acidity of water phase,phase contact time, phase ratio and concentration of extractant affecting the extraction are investigated The result shows that extraction yield reaches over 97%with the following choice. pH 3.0-4.6,phase ratio 1:1, 10 min.and 0.1 M THSDO.A back-extraction yield about 98% can be reached by adding a mixture solution of 0.5 M NaOH and 1.0 M Na2SO3 to the organic phase loading with Au(Ⅲ)to adjust the pH to 2.0.The extractive constituent of AuCl3.THSDO is determined by the method of distribution ratio.The sulfolane has been proved to be an extractant with stronger and faster extraction ability, good stability and ease for back-extraction.
