摘要
采用振动测试的方法,通过信号的时域、频域和幅值域分析相结合,对矿井提升机进行了状态监测与故障诊断,测试分析结果与实际情况相吻合。该方法对其他大型旋转机械的振动测试具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine hoisting gear are fulfilled by means of vibration test,which is characterized by the integrated application of amplitude domain analysis, time-domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. The test results turn out to be consistent with the practical situation. This analytical method can be used for reference in the vibration test of similar rotary mechanism.
