摘要
网络伦理的适用范围是“网络社会” ,而网络社会是一种“虚拟的存在” ,因而网络伦理只是一个虚拟的概念 ,网络伦理只不过是传统伦理道德在网络社会中的应用 ,而不是一种新的伦理道德观 。
Network ethics can only be applied to the network society,but the network society is a sort of virtual existence.Therefore,network ethics is only an imaginary one,the so called network ethics is just the traditionally moral principles which are used in the network society, hence it isn't a new theory.On the other hand,it should base on the traditionally moral principles.
