摘要
回顾管理学的发展历程,有一条清晰的发展线索,即人们的管理思想由线性的思维方式逐渐转变到复杂性思维方式,这其间,心理学起着非常重要的作用。
In the process of management development there has been a clear-cut clue,i.e., the gradual shift of management thought from linear modes to complex patterns.In this change the psychology has an important effect upon it.
