摘要
农业信息化建设面临着广阔的农业信息资源开发利用空间与农业信息化建设物质基础薄弱、农业信息化建设速度加快与农业信息环境建设滞后、农业信息运输业发展较快与农业信息生产业相对滞后、农业信息化建设所需人力资源与农村信息化人才短缺等一系列矛盾。产生这些矛盾的深层次原因涉及到农村社会生产力、生产关系和上层建筑等各个方面。针对这些影响因素 。
There are many contradictions in the process of agricultural informationization,such as contradictions between large developing spaces and weak development basis,between accelerated development and slow construction of development environment,between fast growth of transportation and slow growth of production,and between urgent need and short of human resources.The paper analyses the cause of these contradictions and put forward solutions.
